Frequently Asked Questions

You can order all of our products via our website, telephone fax or email. All prices are quoted in ZAR. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any assistance! We are always here to help!

We will not begin processing your order until full payment reflects in our bank account. Orders are shipped within 10 working days of payment being received dependent upon the quantity ordered and the time of year that your order was placed. January is very busy for us and whilst we try to get orders out even quicker than usual the sheer volume of orders does mean there may be a slight delay.

Delivery will be between 1 to 4 working days from date of dispatch. All deliveries are done via courier. Unfortunately we have had to stop using the South African Post Office due to them losing our customer’s parcels and various other problems that we have with them.

Unfortunately we only delivery within South Africa at present. Please note that all prices are quoted in ZAR.

Please try to provide us with an address where there is someone available to sign for the delivery from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We will deliver to your work address if this is more convenient. Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this happen, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-delivery.

You may cancel your order at any point before payment is made. Once payment has been made, we are unable to cancel orders.

We do not accept any returns for Customised Products unless there has been a printing or spelling error made by Jitterbugs. Please make sure you double check your spelling before submitting your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in the original packaging, unopened, within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs where an item is not damaged or faulty.
